I'm glad I rented with Sarasota off Campus! I stayed in my apartment for my sophomore through senior years, and it was really nice being able to come back to the same place every semester instead of having to move in and out of various on campus housing. My apartment was very close to campus, which was really nice. I also really liked that rent covered everything from wifi to utilities.

What I liked best was its affordability and short distance from my college campus. Rent was easy to set up online, and the landlords were very quick in coming to help with any issues with the property. Overall an excellent living experience!

I have rented for 4 years with Bridget and Sarasota Off Campus. I had a wonderful and easy time with them. They are fast and responsive to any inquires or fixes you need. The best part of it was everything was provided for! all you had to do was move your stuff in. They took care of everything including utilities, I did not have to worry about a thing when I was a student. Rent was definitely reasonable and affordable. Awesome service! And awesome landlords!

I pursued an internship at Mote while living in Sarasota for about 6 months. When I reached out to Bridget and Adam about needing housing short term, they were more than helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to rent a room in a beautiful, newly renovated, fully furnished house that was only 15 minutes from my job and the beaches! I would highly recommend checking out what Sarasota Off Campus Student Housing has to offer; great locations for an affordable price.

Sarasota off-campus has been the best tenant/landlord relationship i've ever had. I rented with Sarasota off campus for the junior and senior year of my time at ringling. Bridget and Adam are awesome landlords and are genuinely concerned about each of their tenets happiness. There was nothing more convienent than being right down the road from school and the ability to live in a house with other students and young professionals not only helped my networking, but also gave me friends in my roommates. With all utilities and furniture included in the rent it was the easiest renting experience of my adult life.

My daughter spent 12 weeks as an intern at the Mote Marine Lab and she had a terrific experience with Sarasota Off Campus. The house was newly refurbished, and completely furnished with new furniture and beds. It was clean, and the appliances were new. The house had an alarm system for the girls' protection. She was able to park right near the door, so safety was not a worry for us. Bridget checked in with them and was responsive. The a/c worked like a charm!!! It was really the perfect solution for her housing needs in Sarasota, and completely affordable. I would not hesitate to have her rent with Sarasota Off-Campus again. She had a great summer!
